We should keep it in mind that the hard time of financial crisis was there only a year ago. Market research and product design should not be neglected. A mature manufaturer should always plan, design and produce first-rate products, which is a must for sustainable business development.

When things go smooth, we should think more about our counterparts, distributors and suppliers who shared with us the happiness and sorrows in the financial crisis. When the market conditions improve, we should give the distributors more support and suppliers more space so that our enterprise can enjoy abundant support and boom its business.

Forth, we should persist when the market is in adversity. Do not lose the head as the market improves. Rome cannot be built within one night. An enterprise should develop following proper sequence. Blind expansion on productivity as numerous orders flood in is not recommended. It is more important for a producer to keep an all-round balance in its development.

Last but not the least, be aware of problems in spite of the seeming prosperity in marketplace. For instance, enterprises in the Pearl River Delta and Yangtze River

Delta apparently face the problem of difficult recruitment. Besides, more other enterprises are confronted with problems in original design along with potential appreciation of Renminbi and interest increase etc. If we take precautions, we are unlikely to feel at sea at the last moment.

The first day¡¯s prevailing scenes set a sucessful keynote for this session of 3F and open up space for imagination in Chinese furniture industry. Under such circumstances, sense overweighs risks. It is beneficial to all when the market is in good condition, yet what is importance for an enterprise is to have its core competitive strengths which can ensure long-term profits.
