Dongguan- On March 16th, Pingyang Government from Wenzhou held a seminar in the Regal Palace Hotel (Houjie) about the scheme of development for Pingyang's furniture industry. Wangzhongyi from Pingyang Government, Zengqingyun, a member of Houjie's Party Committee, Wangdongsheng, President of Wenzhou Furniture Association (WFA), and Yinchengzhi, General Director of Dongguan Famous Furniture Club (FFC) presented at the seminar.

During the seminar, WFA and its Pingyang Branch respectively signed Protocol of close strategic Alliance between Dongguan Famous Furniture Club and Wenzhou Furniture Association and Protocol of strategic Alliance between Dongguan Famous Furniture Club and Pingyang Branch of Wenzhou Furniture Association with FFC. Both parties promised to help members of each community to exploit the local market and strengthen mutual communication in order to forge firm cooperation in the fields like purchasing and market promotion.
